Printing Resolution

Important factor for a good physical print quality

Resolution is key in ensuring your stickers print clearly and crisply. As most of the printing companies we also recommend a minimum resolution of 300 pixels per inch (PPI) for all stickers to maintain high-quality print output.

How to Calculate the Suitable Printing Size from Pixels:

Use the formula: Printing Size (inches) = Number of Pixels / PPI. For example, for an image that is 1024 pixels wide, the maximum print size should not be larger than 3,41" to maintain a good quality:

Ex. 3,41" = 1024 pixels / 300 PPI

How to Calculate the Right Image Size for a Physical Print:

Use the formula: Number of Pixels = Printing Size (inches) × PPI. For a desired print size of 2,56" inches, you'd need it to be 768 pixels wide:

Ex. 768 pixels = 2,56" × 300 PPI
